TS Census Tally Systems Overview Features System Requirements

Novell Inc recently finalised its acquisition of Tally Systems Corporation, which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Novell. TS.Census will now become ZENworks Asset Management under Novell.

Novell has established a transition period for TS.Census customers during which they can continue to purchase licenses, upgrade to the License Compliance Suite, and renew maintenance—all at Tally Systems prices in effect as of the acquisition. The transition period is effective 31 March 2005 until general availability of ZENworks Asset Management (targeted for release in summer 2005).
